RETURNS

All sales are final. The condition of each vintage item is disclosed to the best of our abilities in the description of each listing. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the shop before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions and send additional photos before you purchase to make sure you feel confident with your decision.

PICKUPS

For all in-store pickups, we ask that you arrive with adequate space and assistance for loading. Design Havn is not responsible for loading nor any damages assumed during the loading process.

It is greatly recommended that you book delivery via Lugg, as they will deliver in-unit and carry necessary insurance in the event of any damages. Lugg delivery is offered at checkout.

DELIVERY

Local delivery is available through our third-party partner, Lugg. They offer an Uber-style delivery experience from in-store to any room in your home. All Lugg deliveries are insured and easily trackable. Whether booking same-day or planning a week ahead, they offer the help you need when you need it.

PICKUP & SHIPPING TIMES

All items are ready for in-store pickup upon sale. Pick up/delivery hours are during posted store hours.

Shipping is available upon request. Please reach out to us at info@design-havn.com to coordinate. For large freight-requiring orders (most, if not all furniture), please allow 2 weeks for us to get everything properly packed and ready. Freight shipment pricing and timelines vary.

Vintage condition

As much of our inventory is second-hand and vintage, we encourage all of our customers to properly evaluate all items prior to purchase to ensure your satisfaction with it's condition. For online buyers, we make sure to photograph all notable wear to ensure your comfort and trust with shopping on our site.

This being said, as stated, all sales are final.

RESTOCKING FEE

If no attempts have been made to pickup or schedule delivery within 14 days of purchase, we will refund purchases to the original payment method minus credit card fees and a 30% restocking fee. This is to ensure that the business is able to operate regularly and offer first-come first serve items.

Items held past 14 days reduce our storage and ability to bring in new inventory. It is our hope that we do not need to do this, so please reach out to us if this 14 day window is not attainable.
