4’5” x 6’9” Hand-knotted in the Hamadan region of northwest Persia, this early 20th-century piece features a rare camel-colored ground, framing a pair of totemic medallions that hover in rhythmic symmetry. The geometry is bold, but the palette is restrained—earth tones balanced by saturated navy and burnt red.
