Japan Chair by Finn Juhl for France & Son
Free local delivery on orders over $1,000! (within 15 miles)
Description
Originally conceived by Finn Juhl in 1957 and produced by France & Son (this model stamped and imported by John Stuart, New York), the Japan Chair distills the designer’s reverence for both Danish modernism and Japanese spatial harmony. The frame—sculpted from solid teak—is elevated by a floating seat and backrest supported by brass fittings, an engineering detail that feels both quiet and precise. Upholstered in a fine plum weave, this chair reads restrained but radiant.
