Elsa Oxford is a portrait painter based in Seattle, and she graduated from University of Washington with a bachelor’s in Art and Art History. She paints her family and loved ones in a practice of centering community. Her recent works create tension between shallow depth of surface texture and implied depth of space.

Rates vary by piece and distance, with Portland deliveries typically ranging from $500–$700.
